·                                       Switch Engineer for the Los Angeles area AT&T E911 Sustainment Group.  Was selected to work during the critical Maintenance Window on a team that offered constant monitoring of over 2,200 TruePosition Location Measuring Units (LMUs) in the Los Angeles area. On a daily basis was responsible for ensuring the LMUs maintained functionality during live configuration loads, re-homes/re-balances, and T1-T3 cutovers.  Helped verify the correct building of UMTS Polygon sectors.  Was responsible for the verification of site surveys sent in by Field Technicians for the Los Angeles area.  Responsible for monitoring a 24x7 hotline number that was used by technicians/Tier 1/Tier 2 to help troubleshoot and resolve site issues.  Built/removed semi-permanent devices (cross connects).  Helped create route packages used for accuracy testing for both T-Mobile and Verizon. 

·                                       Field Technician/Drive Tester for the E911 Accuracy Group for two years.  Was selected over peers as the Subject Matter Expert to train new hires.  Helped ensure the customer met federal requirements for the E911 system by deploying to various markets and conducting site work, troubleshooting LMU/cell site hardware & software issues, commissioning/decommissioning LMUs as well as performing accuracy testing of both the GSM, and TDMA systems.

·                                       Senior SATCOM technician of a "SWE-DISH" terminal.  Nearly one year experience installing, operating, and maintaining the "SWE-DISH" terminal with integrated IDirect modem.
